Returns & Exchanges Policy - For Advanced Learning and Learning Oasis School
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Returns - For a Refund.
You may return any item within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
After 60 days, items can still be returned; however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return an Item
You can return your items directly to the School. Before returning your items, email us at info@sud.me with details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
Within 48 hours, we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RA Code).
Please do not return any items without this code.
Once you receive your RA Code, include it inside your return parcel with the item(s).
You can then return it directly to the school. Once the return has been authorised by the school, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Exchanges
You can now exchange the items in school; however, before you do, you must notify us via email to Info@sud.me. We will then issue you with an Exchange Code.
The exchange code must be used with the Exchange Item, and we will notify the school of your exchange.
YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE AT SCHOOL WITHOUT THIS CODE.

Please bring your purchased item into the school, here it will be accessed and your refund or exchange will be processed.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Below are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
We will gladly assist with the return or exchange of unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, accompanied by:
- The original receipt.
- The merchandise plastic bag provided at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Process:
If items are returned, the applicable amount will be credited back to the student's account within 5 working days.
3. Additional Information:
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Customized, altered, or damaged items due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

يتم الاستبدال بناءً على توفر القطع المطلوبة.
القطع المخصصة أو المعدلة أو التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
