We are committed to providing high-quality garments, and all of our products come with a 180-day manufacturer guarantee.

What’s Covered:

This guarantee covers genuine manufacturing faults, such as:

  • Broken zips

  • Loose threading or ribbing

  • Faulty stitching

  • Fabric defects

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@sud.me with:

  • A description of the fault

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will assess the claim and provide further instructions.

What’s Not Covered:

Please note, the guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidental mishandling

  • Ironing damage (e.g. melting, burns)

  • Wear and tear from misuse, such as:

    • Excessive stretching

    • Improper washing

    • Cuts, rips, or abrasions

We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer fault.
