We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
You may return any item within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
After 60 days, items can still be returned, however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Email us at info@sud.me with details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
Within 24 hours, we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RA Code).
Please do not send any items without this code.
Once you receive your RA Code, include it inside your return parcel with the item(s).
Return your parcel by either:
Post to: Sala, Saudi Arabia (please retain proof of postage)
In person to: The School Office
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please:
Follow the return steps above to return the unwanted item.
Place a new order on our website for the replacement item(s) you need.
This ensures you receive your preferred size quickly and avoid stock issues.
