Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Returns - For a Refund.
You may return any item within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
After 60 days, items can still be returned, however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@sud.me with details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
Within 48 hours, we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RA Code).
Please do not send any items without this code.
Once you receive your RA Code, include it inside your return parcel with the item(s).
We will organise the parcel to be collected from your home location.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Exchanges
You can now exchange the items in School - However, before you do, you must notify us via email to Info@sud.me. We will then issue you with an Exchange Code.
The exchange code must be put with the Exchange Item, and we will notify the school of your exchange.
YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE AT SCHOOL WITHOUT THIS CODE.
