Delivery Options:
- Priority Delivery Available - Delivery within 3 working days.
- Standard Delivery Delivery within 5 working days.
Returns Policy:
- Change of Mind: Return items within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging.
- Size Exchange: Exchange unused items for a different size forever, as long as they are part of the schools current uniform and not a discontinued item.
- Note that certain items like socks, tights, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for exchange if not in original sold condition/packaging.
- Damaged or Faulty Garments: Notify us and return the item within 100 days of purchase. We will provide an independent assessment, and if deemed faulty, a refund or replacement will be issued.
